Valuation of a company for sale of shares
The given company was in a precarious situation as the market in which it was serving was in the verge of huge statutory change which may impact the revenue of the company. Keeping this in mind and the welfare of all the shareholders ( both the buyer and the seller), we had to conduct a lot of market study and research before arriving at a range of values which would best suit the company.
Developing a Risk management policy
This engagement was awarded by a non-profit entity, therefore it was not mandatory to have a Risk management policy in place per the laws, but the entity wanted to develop one, as the donors were requesting for it. We helped the entity develop a risk matrix and a risk register based on which the risk management policy was devised.
CFO Advisory services
We have helped various clients to have a good cash flow and working capital management which has helped them maintain a good liquidity ratio. Apart from the core financial activities, we have also engaged in key strategic decisions which made the role a 360 degree full CFO Office role
